Abstract
This purpose of this research is how gender, religiosity, and individual morality affect unethical behavior and fraud and how the relationship between variables. The population of this study were PT Sinergitas Indonesia Muda employees in the accounting, finance and cashier departments, with a total sample of 76 respondents using the saturated census technique. The data used are primary and secondary data taken from questionnaires and previous research literature studies and processed using SmartPLS 3.2. The results showed that gender did not contribute on unethical behavior and fraud. Religiosity also does not contribute on unethical behavior, while religiosity contributes on fraud. And individual morality contributes on unethical behavior and fraud.
