Abstract

Independent Learning Freedom Campus Or Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is an innovative program from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology aimed at improving the quality of education and providing students the freedom to gain learning experiences outside their formal study programs. This program is designed to develop students' skills and competencies through various schemes, such as internships, research projects, student exchanges, and other learning activities relevant to the current needs of the workforce and industry. One implementation of the MBKM program is the independent internship conducted by students at Monster Group, which involves developing a web landing page for the AR Live Show and the TOGI Resources Management System (TRMS). This report outlines the process and results of the independent internship where students enhanced their abilities in the use of information technology, project management, and data analysis. These activities not only provide practical experience in developing real-world systems and applications but also train students in collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptation in a dynamic work environment. This research demonstrates that through internships at Monster Group, students can apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom to practical situations while gaining direct insights into the challenges and needs of the information technology industry
