Abstract
The Family Hope Program (PKH) or Conditional Cash Transfers is a conditional non-cash social assistance program provided to poor and vulnerable people who have registered with the DTKS. During the implementation of PKH in Sumberkepuh Village, it was still found that beneficiary families (KPM) did not understand the use and utilization of assistance so that it could become an inhibiting factor in achieving PKH objectives as stated in Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018. The aim of this research is to conduct analysis of the role of the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in implementing PKH in Sumberkepuh Village, Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with analysis through the theory of the role of community workers according to Jim Ife and Frank Tesoriero. The results of this research show that the role of the Nganjuk Regency PPPA Social Service is quite good when viewed from the role of facilitation, education, representation and technique. However, an obstacle arose when the Social Service together with UPPKH carried out an educational role, namely the lack of awareness of KPM or aid recipients in participating in mandatory P2K2 meeting activities, which has resulted in the fact that up to now there are still poor people who do not understand how to manage and utilize aid properly.
