Abstract
UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur (UPNVJT) merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang terletak di Surabaya Timur dan sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1959. Namun pada tahun 2014 Presiden RI Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono menandatangani prasasti yang menandai pengesahan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur menjadi Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN). Perubahan ini menyebabkan adanya kenaikan jumlah mahasiswa baru yang mendaftar. Oleh karena itu UPNVJT membutuhkan ruang kelas yang memadai.
