Abstract

This reserch intends to examine the effectiveness of the Milea (Milennial Incubation For Entrepreneurship & Innovation) Training program based on the theory by Robert B. Duncan and Dr. Donald Krikpatrick. This research was conducted at the Technical Implementation Unit for Technical Development and Vocational Skills of the East Java Provincial Education Service, with the unit of analysis are the Chair of the Milea training program committee and 6 students participating in the training from the Fashion, Cooling and Beauty departments. This research is qualitative research that uses descriptive techniques with interactive methods The results of research based on Robert B. Duncan' theory show that the Goal Achievement aspect has not been carried out optimally, as well as the Integration aspect. Meanwhile, the Adaptation aspect has been carried out effectively. The research results are based on Dr. Donald Kirkpatrick knows that all aspects, namely Reaction, Learning, Behavior and Results have been carried out effectively.
