Abstract
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) currently require good financial performance for sustainability and decision making. In the future, MSMEs only develop in terms of quantity but have not balanced with good quality. For that reason, financial literacy, digital innovation is one thing that supports the performance of MSMEs. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to determine (1) the effect of financial literacy on MSME performance, (2) the effect of digital innovation on MSME performance, (3) the effect of financial literacy on MSME performance through business sustainability, (4) the effect of digital innovation on MSME performance through business sustainability. The population in this study were all owners and managers of the East Surabaya Bulak Fish Center (SIB) MSMEs who run a trade business in food, beverages and souvenir accessories. The sample in the study used to represent 75 people, either owners or business managers. The sampling technique used saturated sampling techniques and the analysis used used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results in this study show that (1) financial literacy increases the contribution to MSME performance, (2) digital innovation increases the contribution to MSME performance, (3) financial literacy increases the contribution to MSME performance through business sustainability, (4) digital innovation increases the contribution to MSME performance through business sustainability.
