Abstract

This report explains the work practices carried out at PT. Petrokimia Gresik, which is in the IT Services Business Partner department. This work practice was carried out for 1 month and focused on the project of creating a numbering website in the IT Services Business Partners department. Apart from the main project of making a numbering website, the projects given were filling in data on the website at PT Petrokimia Gresik and making posters about maintenance schedules. This main project aims to increase efficiency in the document numbering process in the department, being able to add data, edit data, delete data and view data. In this project, the author is tasked with carrying out needs analysis, creating design mockups using the design thinking method using Figma software, front-end and back-end website development using the Laravel framework and PostgreSQL database. This project was carried out using the Waterfall method which was applied to speed up the manufacturing process and to complete the project quickly and efficiently. The result of this project is a website that has a user friendly and easy design used, and can be used to number documents online and simplify the document search process. This project is expected to increase efficiency and productivity in the IT Services Business Partner department and make it easier to manage documents in that department.
