Abstract

The Kediri City Government, known as "The Service City" or a city that has great potential in the service industry, continues to be committed to improving the quality of service to the community, including in the licensing sector. Through the Kediri Single Window for Investment or KSWI application, the Kediri City government is trying to ensure that the licensing process becomes more accessible and transparent. KSWI is an innovative step to simplify the licensing process, both business and non-business licensing and to make services more efficient and responsive to community needs. However, in operating this application, technical problems that may arise can have a negative impact on public services and the quality of services provided by the Kediri City DPMPTSP. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a system testing process for the application. The tests were carried out using the Black Box Testing method by combining two testing techniques, namely Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Partitioning. The results of the test obtained the final value of system effectiveness which was calculated by adding up the effectiveness values ​​from each table and dividing by the entire number of tables so that the final result obtained was a value of 95.31%. Based on the results of these calculations, it is included in the very effective value category. It can be concluded that the application is running according to its functionality and can be said to be very good. However, apart from that, there are still several errors in the application so improvements are needed so that the application functions more optimally.
