Abstract
Natasha Skin Clinic Center is a facial treatment and skin beauty clinic that combines the latest technology in skin care and professionals who are ready to realize the dream of a healthy skin and manicured. In fulfilling customer satisfaction one way in which Natasha Skin Clinic Center to provide quality services, facilities, and set a price that aims to meet customer satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the variables that influence consumer satisfaction in Natasha Skin Clinic Center. The independent variables include quality of service, amenities and price, and the dependent variable of customer satisfaction. Population and sample are costumers who buy the products and doing maintenance on Natasha Skin Clinic Center Branch Surabaya Kertajaya of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Type of primary data and using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study simultaneously the quality of service, facility and price affects customer satisfaction. Partially Quality of service has no effect on customer satisfaction. Amenities affects customer satisfaction. The price does not affect the consumer satisfaction. Keywords : Quality Service, Facility, Price, Costumer Satisfaction
