Abstract

ABSTRACT MARA DEHIBA, 1542010095, THE EFFECT OF TRAINING AND ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE WORK SATISFACTION IN CENTRAL OFFICE OF PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA XI SURABAYA Human resources are very important for companies in managing, regulating and using human resources so that they can function as productively, effectively and efficiently so that they can achieve the goals of an organization or company. This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial training and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya This research method uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling with Slovin formula so that it is obtained as many as 71 respondents from the Head Office of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya, whose population is 240 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 24 for windows. Based on the results of this study that Fcount is Fcount (10,566)> Ftable (3,13) so it can be concluded that the training variable (X1) and environment (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on job satisfaction (Y) of Head Office employees of PT. Nusantara XI Plantation Surabaya. The results of thitung training are thitung (1,608) <t table (1,995), this means training (X1) does not have a significant effect partially on job satisfaction (Y). The results of thitung work environment are tcount (2.483)> t table (1.995), this means that performance appraisal (X2) has a partially significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) of Head Office employees of PT.
