Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness (X1), perceived ease to use (X2), perceived risk (X3), and service features (X4) on intention to use (Y) both simultaneously and partially. This type of research is associative research using a quantitative approach.. The population in this study are ShopeePay users who are domiciled in Surabaya with a minimum age of 18 years and have to used ShopeePay digital wallet more than 3 times. The sampling technique uses Non Probability Sampling techniques and purposive sampling techniques by distributing questionnaires online via Google Form. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM SPPS Statistics 27 program. The research results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease to use, perceived risk, and service features simultaneously have a significant positive effect on intention to use. Then partially, perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on intention to use. Perceived ease of use has a significant positive effect on intention to use. Perceived risk has a significant negative effect on intention to use. And service features have a significant positive effect on intention to use.
