Abstract

The use of information and communication technology is currently increasing and penetrating all fields, including education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) issued Circular Letter of the Secretary General No.15 of 2020 regarding Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning from Home During the COVID-19 Disaster Emergency in Indonesia. UHW PERBANAS SURABAYA, utilizes information and communication technology in teaching and learning by using the UHW PERBANAS SURABAYA E-Learning Website. However, in its application there are several problems when submitting opinions / answers to the discussion session. The column box that has been provided likes to disappear by itself or error by itself and in e-learning there is a limited size or size so that it cannot collect or send assignments with large file sizes, so it is required to compress the file first. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence user (student) acceptance of the UHW PERBANAS SURABAYA E-Learning Website. This research uses the UTAUT (Unified theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) research model. The variables used are Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions. Behavioral Intention, and Use Behavior. Sampling using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out online with a sample size of 347 respondents from UHW PERBANAS Surabaya students. The research data was analyzed using SEM- PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 software. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence have a positive and significant effect on students' intention to use E-learning. In addition, facilitating conditions and behavioral intention also have a positive effect on student usage behavior on E-learning.
