Abstract

Online credit emerged due to the increasingly widespread e-commerce in Indonesia among our society. one of the online credit applications is "Akulaku.com". “AKULAKU application” is a shop and goods search mobile application that sold by a registered seller (market place), based on facts on the ground, regarding customer complaints "Akulaku" indicates an indication that fintech “Akulaku” has a problem with its customers and talks about this online loan decision that as many as 1,330 complaints went to the Institution Legal Aid (LBH) Jakarta related to online credit cases. The problem starts from exorbitant interest to billing that smells of threats and harassment sexual. The objectives of this study are: 1. To analyze the effect of trust, information quality, risk perception on decision making credit through online (Study on Fintech Akulaku.com). The population in this study are consumers or online users in this case consumers who have taken online credit kredit (fintech) on akulaku.com in South Surabaya. Sampling technique in research This study uses purposive sampling, namely sampling based on the criteria possessed by the sample: 1. Consumers or online users in this case consumers who have taken online credit kredit (fintech) on akulaku.com. 2. At least 18 years old, this age was chosen because better understand and have rational and reasonable decisions about those who bought, the sample in this study amounted to 102 respondents. Data that used is primary data, namely data based on questionnaire results respondents' answers. While the analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of research that has been carried out: 1. Level of guarantee security in online transactions, consumers or "Akulaku" customers have high trust so that online credit making decisions (Study on Akulaku Fintech) can increase. 2. The quality of an information the "Akulaku" online loan application, the higher the decision online purchases by consumers. 3. Understanding of risk perception those who are high in online loans can provide knowledge and influence credit decisions at “Akulaku” through the network on line Keywords: Trust, Information Quality, Risk Perception, Decision Online Credit Collection
