Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on employee performance of PT Empat Putra Utama Bersama. The population of employees of PT Empat Putra Utama Bersama is 46 employees, the sampling method used is saturated sampling technique so that all employees become research participants. The research method used is quantitative with a measurement scale, namely an ordinal measuring scale with a Likert scale weighting technique of 1-5. To fulfill the research objectives, the hypothesis is tested using PLS, showing the test results get a value above the required value so that the test is declared reliable. Based on the results of the study, it was found that leadership and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT Empat Putra Utama Bersama Surabaya.
