Abstract
This study aims to analyze the application of the E-Peken application to SMEs in increasing sales, using a case study on Jarak Arum SMEs. Jarak Arum is an MSME that has been engaged in the textile industry sector for nine years, and they have adopted the E-Peken application to sell their batik products. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data was collected through in-depth interviews with the owner of the Jarak Arum SMEs, using the E-Peken application, and direct observation of the sales process and application usage. In addition, data is also collected from sales documentation and financial records. The results of this study will reveal an impact of the application of the E-Peken application on the sales of SMEs in increasing sales before and after using the application, interaction with customers, and operational efficiency. The results of this study can provide deeper insight into the E-Peken application to the Jarak Arum SMEs in increasing sales. Keywords: E-Peken, SMEs, Increasing Sales
