Abstract
The implementation of website-based services needs to be supported by a level of quality good service to its users. In improving good service to its users, it is necessary to measure the quality of the Information System website East Java "Veteran" UPN academics reviewed using the WebQual model 4.0 which is then processed and analyzed using the IPA method, with the aim of know what factors are a priority to improve on the website East Java "Veteran" UPN Academic Information System. The population of this research is Information System website users Academic UPN "Veteran" East Java. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection method with distributing questionnaires to 341 respondents according to the number of samples determined using the Isaac and Michael tables, the questionnaire was compiled by using the Webqual 4.0 model, then the data will be analyzed using the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) method by comparing values performance and importance level. The results of this study indicate that the quality level of the website The East Java "Veteran" UPN Academic Information System has not complied with the interests and expectations of users so that the level needs to be increased again quality. There are several recommendations that can be prioritized improvements, namely: 1) providing service features that work properly and easy for users to understand, so users don't feel complicated when using SIAMIK. 2) ensure the information provided is accurate by double-checking the information before presenting it to SIAMIK. 3) must re-confirm the information provided in detail, besides that can provide direction in the information. 4) must continue to improve and updating the link on SIAMIK so that the link on SIAMIK can be accessed by user. 5) provide updates to the layout view so that it is structured and consistent.
