Abstract

The queuing application at Bhayangkara Hospital in Surabaya is a mobile-based application that is used to make it easier for patients to register in the queue for treatment at the hospital. This application was developed with the aim of minimizing patient waiting time when registering in the queue at the registration counter. Data were obtained through a survey of application users and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Version 26. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence user or patient acceptance of the mobile application at Bhayangkara Hospital Surabaya based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model. Thus, in this study an acceptance analysis was carried out by knowing the factors that influence the acceptance of the Mobile Application at Bhayangkara Hospital Surabaya. The method used in this study is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using seven main variables namely Complexity, Voluntariness, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use and Actual Technology Use. The technique chosen in this study was simple random sampling. The sample taken was 380 respondents from a population of 4935 users. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the ten hypotheses and this research have voluntariness variables that have no effect, so that the variables Complexity, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use and Actual Use to use an information system are factors that influence users to continue to use the system.
