Abstract
In the era of industrial revolution 4.0 where technology has become the basis of human life. The development of information technology has encouraged many libraries to switch from conventional systems to digital systems in order to meet user needs in accessing information easily, quickly, and accurately. One of the library system developments carried out by UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur is the Repository website which aims to accommodate academic journals, books, theses, dissertations, conference papers, and other types of research publications. The purpose of this study was to determine the success of the implementation of the Service Information System and analyze the factors that most affect the success of the Repository Service Information System. This research adopts Delone & Mclean's ISSM. This model has six variables, including information quality, system quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The sample size was 326 visitors to the UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur repository website. The research data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that the variables of information quality and service quality had a positive effect on usage and user satisfaction. While the system quality variable has a positive effect on usage, it has no direct effect on user satisfaction. And the information quality variable is the main factor that encourages use and user satisfaction on the UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur repository website. While the relationship between the most influential factors in the success of the repository website using ISSM Delone & Mclean, namely user satisfaction on net benefits with a path coefficient value of 0.485.
