Abstract
The emergence of dynamic problems in the field of Human Resources (HR) in most startup companies in Indonesia has resulted in a decrease in employee Job Performance. One of them is the decline in employee Job Performance at startup company ConecWorld Surabaya, where Job Performance is actually one of the most important instruments in the process of achieving the goals of a company, therefore the factors in it are very interesting to study. This study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficacy and Locus Of Control on Job Performance of ConecWorld Surabaya Startup Company Employees. This research was conducted at ConecWorld Startup Company Surabaya with a total population and sample of 50 employees. The data from this study is primary data obtained through interview methods, distributing questionnaires and observation results. The data analysis method in this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with the analysis tool PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that both Self Efficacy and Locus of Control are able to support the improvement of employee Job Performance, as evidenced by the higher the level of Self Efficacy and Locus of Control capabilities that exist in employees, this can improve the Job Performance of ConecWorld Surabaya startup employees.
