Abstract
Implementation of Field Work Practice (PKL) Information System students at the East Java "Veteran" National Development University at the East Surabaya Regional Revenue Agency Technical Implementation Unit located on Jalan Menur 31 Surabaya, held from 9 July 2018 to 9 August 2018. The purpose of implementing Field Work Practices this is to fulfill academic requirements, to train students in the world of work, and also to find out in general the field conditions in the East Surabaya Regional Revenue Agency Implementation Unit. And the benefits obtained during this Field Work Practice are knowing in general and directly in the world of work and also the work system in the East Surabaya Regional Revenue Agency Technical Implementation Unit and East Surabaya SAMSAT The material that was obtained during the Field Work Practice (PKL) is a general description of the work system at the East Surabaya Regional Revenue Agency UPT and East Surabaya SAMSAT. The street vendors implementation method used is by working in the field or making direct observations in order to obtain data by observing, practicing, interviewing, and using documents. The student system for Field Work Practice at the East Surabaya Regional Revenue Agency for one month is 2 weeks placed at the East Surabaya Regional Revenue Agency UPT in the Payment and Billing Section, then 2 weeks for PKL students will be placed at SAMSAT East Surabaya in the Computer room. PKL students who are placed in the East Surabaya Regional Revenue Agency Technical Implementation Unit will be placed in the Payment and Billing Section. In the Payment and Billing Section, students will be introduced to external service letters, for example SPOS PIIB, NPP KB, and NTP KB letters whose purpose is to remind taxpayers to pay taxes.
