Abstract
Inpatient nurses at Level III Hospital Brawijaya Surabaya will have their performance related to workload, stress, and work environment partially analysed in this study. Quantitative methodologies are used in the research process for this study. 55 nurses made up the study's population and the 55 nurses who made up the sample. Sampling used saturated sample method. PLS, or partial least squares, is the analysis method employed. According to the findings, workload had a negative and insignificant impact on nurses' performance, job stress had a positive and insignificant impact, and the work environment had a positive and insignificant impact.In comparison to workload and job stress, the work environment has the greatest impact on nurses' performance.
