Abstract

System of online trading that MNC Sekuritas has become the main facility needed by investors in buy/sell stock transactions. With the presence of the MNC Trade New application System, investors can make buy/sell shares anywhere through mobile applications and desktop applications on personal devices so it is more effective. The success size of information systems supported by user behavior is; user experience, use, user satisfaction, and net benefit. The purpose of this research is to know the impact of user experience on the information system success ; use, user satisfaction, and net benefit in MNC Trade New's system of applications. The population in this research is all customers of MNC Sekuritas Surabaya in 2019 which use MNC Trade New application System. The Data was collected using a questionnaire technique against 95 samples with purposive sampling techniques. Data is analyzed using a Partial Least Square (PLS) model with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the user experience was positively influential (0,288) and significant (3.057 > 1.986) to the use, user experience has positive effect (0,710) and significant (12.202 > 1.986) to user satisfaction, use has positive effect (0102) and do not have a significant influence ((-1986) < 1,283 < 1986) to user satisfaction, use has positive effect (0,231) and significant (3.030 > 1.986) to the net benefit, and user satisfaction has positively impact (0,631) and significant (9.799 > 1.986) to the net benefit. For the forthcoming researchers are expected to consider the user interface (UI), the quality of the system, the quality of information, service quality, invidual impact, organizational impact, and others.
