Abstract
PT PLN (Persero) UIP JBTB is one of the state-owned enterprises that is gradually undergoing transformation in implementing information technology into its business and operational strategies. This transformation has made PT PLN (Persero) UIP JBTB leaner and more agile in adapting to existing technological advancements, particularly in terms of tracing, storing, and managing project documents or data within the company. The project development process of PLN UIP JBTB involves multiple stages that require stakeholder involvement, complex documents, and legal processes. In the execution of a project, the process typically begins with budgeting, permits, and construction, to name a few. It becomes problematic if these stages still rely solely on physical records (paper documents), as it hinders project transparency within the scope of PT PLN UIP JBTB itself. The poorly centralized management of document archives serves as the background issue for the author to design an information system based on a dashboard website titled "Development of a Restful Application Website Dashboard at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan JBTB." The creation of this information system aims to provide a solution to the aforementioned background problem.
