Abstract
The city of Surabaya is the capital of East Java Province, Indonesia, as well as the largest metropolitan city in the province. The city of Surabaya is a metropolitan city which is the center of the economy in the province of East Java. Most of the population is engaged in services, industry and trade. With a business hotel that can accommodate business people doing business in the city of Surabaya, these business people can take a break from their busy lives and carry out business activities such as finding colleagues, seminars, and so on. For that useGreen Architecture be an answer to the problem above, definitionGreen Architecture itself is an architectural concept that seeks to minimize adverse effects on the natural environment and humans and produce a better and healthier place to live, which is done by utilizing energy sources and natural resources efficiently and optimally. With this background description, a business hotel plan will be developed in the city of Surabaya with a high level of density and stress. A business hotel is a place to stay as well as a place for refreshing amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. By planning and designing a business hotel that creates a comfortable atmosphere and uses an approach Green Architecture to create a comfortable and efficient atmosphere in carrying out business activities.
