Abstract
UD Saputra Jaya is one of the largest cow's milk producing industries in Jombang Regency. This allows the company to produce liquid cow's milk with a capacity of 7 tons per day or 2,352 tons per year. Currently, UD Saputra Jaya is still exporting its milk products to PT Indolakto as a result of its production, however, this does not rule out the possibility that this company will develop into a larger business by making processed dairy products into a new product, namely yogurt. This yogurt production process certainly requires a review of each tool because there are certain conditions before entering the next tool. This requires a larger workforce than the previous industry and certainly requires skilled workers to handle the production process of new products for the next day.
