Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Company's Financial Performance variable measured using Tobin's Q, Board of Commissioner's Structure variable measured using Independent Commissioner's indicator and Board of Commissioner Size, and Funding Decision Variable as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DTA). The sample used in this research is 37 companies that successively for three years entered into index LQ-45 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange which publishes financial report for year 2014 -2016. Data collection method in this research is Purposive Sampling. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that (1) The structure of the Board of Commissioners may contribute to the Funding Decision. (2) The structure of the Board of Commissioners may contribute to the Financial Performance in the form of a decrease in the Company's Financial Performance. (3) The Funding Decision may contribute to the Company's Financial Performance. Keywords: Company's Financial Performance, Board of Commissioners Structure, and Funding Decisions.
