Abstract
Sumber Jaya Pharmacy is a service facility in the health sector which is located at Jl. Taman Barat No. 18 RT 02 Taman, Sidoarjo. In running a pharmacy, there are problems because they still use manual methods that are prone to errors in sales and purchase transactions as well as the process of checking drugs through Microsoft excel by checking them one by one drugs requires considerable energy and time. To overcome these problems, a Web-Based Sales, Purchase, and Drug Supply Information System was created that can manage sales, purchase data and check available drug supplies. The system is created web-based using the Waterfall development method which has several stages. The first stage is the identification and analysis of the problem. The second stage is to design the system. The next stage is coding using PHP and MySQL as the database. Then the system testing stage with the Black-box testing method. The last stage is to fix program errors that were not found during the testing stage. The result of this research is that the Pharmacy Information System can carry out sales processing, purchase processing, drug processing and can provide warnings about drugs that are out of stock and expiry.
