Abstract
Avocado plant is one of the horticultural crops that need to be developed because it has enormous potential. The initial step for the early development of avocado plants is to provide quality seeds in large quantities in a relatively short time, one of which is stem cuttings. Efforts to increase the success of stem cuttings include the addition of manure to the growing media and the addition of ZPT goat urine. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of manure in the planting media and the best concentration of ZPT in goat urine, and to determine the effect of the interaction between the application of various types of manure in the planting medium and the concentration of ZPT in goat urine. This research was conducted in April-July 2022 in Mojosari Village, Kalitidu District, Bojonegoro Regency using a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is the type of manure in the planting medium M0 = Soil and Husk Charcoal (Control), M1 = Soil: Husk Charcoal: Chicken Manure (1:1:1), M2 = Soil: Husk Charcoal: Goat Manure (1:1 :1), M3 = Soil: Husk Charcoal: Cow Manure (1:1:1), the second factor is goat urine zpt concentration K0=0% (Control), K1=15%, K2=25%, K3=35 %. The results showed that there was no interaction between the treatment of various types of manure on the planting media and the concentration of ZPT goat urine on the growth of cuttings. The treatment of the type of manure on the planting media did not have a significant effect on all treatments. Giving the best goat urine ZPT concentration 25% independently gave a significant effect on the time of shoot emergence, shoot wet weight and shoot dry weight.
