Abstract
Taekwondo is one of the branch sports in the field defend self who utilizes hands and feet as weapon for conquer his opponent . For get athlete quality required follow a number of selection . Selection process in determine Taekwondo athlete still experience obstacle . On the field still found constraint in election athlete because still use manual system and slow determination process evaluation selection athlete . For complete problem the so applied system supporter decision (DSS) designed for increase effectiveness in To do taking decision as well as produce optimal decision . Study this use method AHP – Electre with using the Laravel framework¬ as well as MySQL database usage . Method AHP is used for determine weight criteria whereas method Electre used for the ranking process for get alternative best dominates _ from alternative other. Result of study of 23 data shows score accuracy by 65%, for level satisfaction produce R Table 0.3440 and from testing blackbox testing system walk with as expected .
