Abstract
Company PT. PELINDO III Surabaya has many programs, which the program is not yet under the supervision of the company by Therefore, it is necessary to implement Project Time Management and PT. PELINDO III Surabaya also wants its employees to be more careful with the security of personal and company data, therefore it needs to be implemented Security Awareness for companies. Project Time Management aims to assist the program monitoring process during planning, and implementation to help business processes at PT. PELINDO III agar running smoothly and according to the company's target while for Security Awareness is implemented with the aim of making employees more careful Be careful with the security of your own data and that of the company. In the Project Time Management section we count how many days needed to complete the program by entering data containing the name of the program, the start date of creation, and the end date of manufacture by using a formula in Microsoft Excel. The data is entered into the Pelindo website, namely www.pelindo.servicenow.com, if everything has been done, the program is very easy to be watched. Implementation of Security Awareness we do with make a wallpaper design about Security Awareness with using adobe photoshop and adobe illustrator applications later will be campaigned by the PR division of PT. PELINDO III Surabaya. As a result, we have succeeded in helping companies make it easier supervise the program from planning, implementation until completion. We also succeeded in increasing employee awareness on how important the security of personal and company data is.
