Abstract
The Bangkalan Class II Agricultural Quarantine Station is a government agency that has the main task of carrying out operational activities of animal and plant quarantine, as well as supervision of animal anrfd vegetable biological safety with SOPs that have been determined by the central government. Problems that occur in storing asset data and asset borrower data, a lot of data is lost and cannot be accounted for in front of the leadership. Therefore, it is necessary to create a system or application, which aims to overcome these problems and increase the effectiveness of work and digitize systems within the company so that there is no inequality in the technological era. The first stage to create this application is to interview with the party concerned. From the results of the interview, the company wanted a website with features that can manage goods assets, borrow goods assets, patent goods assets, move goods, and make reports so that they can be directly reported to the company leadership. The method used in web development itself is the waterfall model, with several stages used such as analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The web is designed using Use Case, sequence diagrams, conceptual data models, physical data models, and mockups. Then this web application is compiled using a web programming language in the form of a CI framework and PHP using a MySQL database. After this web application is complete, it will then be tested using a black-box approach. The results of this study are in the form of the website and mobile applications to organize and make it easier to store asset data so that they are not easily lost and can be accounted for in front of the leadership.
