Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on people's lives. One of the impact is the economic. The case was related to the distribution of medical oxygen cylinders that didn’t meet quality standards. One of the factors that causes the distribution of medical devices that don’t meet the standards due to the high demands and the difficulty of obtaining medical oxygen cylinders are the main reason people take types which quality isn’t absolutely safe. This study aims to understand the criminal elements in the case of the distribution of medical oxygen cylinders that aren’t up to standard and the responsibility for the perpetrators. The research uses a normative approach which in the research is a type of library research and data collectingusing theoretical. Using descriptive analysis and a qualitative approach.. The results of the research on cases of criminal acts of distributing medical oxygen cylinders that don’t meet quality standards during the Covid-19 pandemic are regulated in constitution No. 36 of 2009 Article 196 and Article 197. administrative sanctions in accordance with Article 201 Paragraph (2) namely revocation of legal entity status and revocation of business licenses.
