Abstract
In trade, distributors are parties who play an important role in the distribution of goods and play a role in trade because distributors are intermediaries between producers and consumers. PT Surya Mandiri Distribution is a company engaged in distribution that faces a problem that often occurs in this company, namely product stock mismatches. This study aims to determine the value of the bullwhip effect before and after the application of the DRP method at PT Surya Mandiri Distribution. The results of this study found that the application of the DRP method had a very good effect on the value of the bullwhip effect that existed at PT Surya Mandiri Distribution. The application of the DRP method to the distribution activities of PT Surya Mandiri Distribution not only facilitates the planning of goods for future needs but is also one way to improve the value of the Bullwhip Effect that occurs in the company.
