Abstract
We have entered a new era which requires entrepreneurs in the industrial sector to continue to play an active role in preserving the environment. PT Loka Refractories Wira Jatim is a cement and refractory stone factory which of course causes several impacts on the environment such as waste and pollution resulting from the production process. This study aims to design a performance measurement system for Green supply chain activities at PT. Wira Jatim Refractories Workshop on all existing processes using the Green supply chain operation referance (GSCOR) method. The results of this study found that of the 26 KPIs identified and weighted, 7 KPIs were in the poor category, 6 KPIs were in the sufficient category and 13 KPIs were in the good category. Based on the results of measuring the performance of the green supply chain at PT. Loka Refractories shows that the company is in the good category with a score of 71,866 out of 100.
