Abstract
This study is aimed at testing and proving the effect of Regional Original Income, Revenue Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds on capital expenditures in the Provincial Government in Indonesia in 2016-2020. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis technique. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique or the census, so that the number of samples in the study was 170 samples. The results of the study indicate that the Regional Original Revenue has no effect on the allocation of capital expenditures. Meanwhile, Revenue Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds affect the allocation of capital expenditures.
