Abstract
ABSTRACT One Belt One Road is one of the most Ambitious initiative who made by China on 2013. OBOR’s goal are making facilities on the countries who have partner with OBOR on Asia, Africa, and Europe thats make the connectivities on world more efficient, so OBOR can make economic win-win solution to China and its partners. Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia are one of the region who participated on OBOR. This regional Chose because they close with China. The research is aimed at reviewing China's economic diplomacy to GMS countries in order to fulfill China's national interests through the OBOR project. The research method used is a qualitative method combined with secondary data collection techniques. Limitations This research began in 2013, which was marked by the initiation of the first OBOR project. The final deadline for research is 2021, when America launches the Build Back Better World Initiative. Keywords: OBOR, economic diplomacy, foreign direct investment, Mekong River Region
