Abstract
Dividend policy is a decision which reflects the company's financial condition in carrying out its operational activities. Fatkto causes of Dividend Policy, including Profitability (ROE), Investment Decision (CAPBVA), and Company Growth (AGR). The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of profitability, investment decisions and company growth on dividend policy. Also, to analyze the company's profitability and growth on investment decisions in the banking sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling technique was used to determine the sample with criteria so that 17 samples were obtained from the total companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2020. The research data obtained were from www.idx.co.id and related company ownership sites. Then processed through path analysis method using SPSS program. The results show that profitability, investment decisions, and company growth have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. And the company's profitability and growth have a positive and significant impact on investment decisions.
