Abstract
ABSTRACT Trash can be interpreted as unused or unused objects that are disposed of and come from human activities or doesnt occur by themselves. This waste has a bad impact on all ecosystems, from ecosystems on land to the sea polluted by trash waste. Trash can be a big enemy for the environment because it can cause and pollute the environment. As a result of the emergence of the COVID-19 virus, many local store have been affected in terms of declining sales. Mama Ramah Eco Bulk is one of the stores that strives for a zero waste movement and is affected by COVID 19. This paper will discuss how to design the Mama Friendly Eco Bulk smartphone application with the concept of zero waste. The method used in this design data collection is observation, interviews and questionnaires to related parties. This design analysis method using fishbone analysis.
