Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of profitability ratios, solvency, and market reaction to stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX period 2013-2016. This research population is all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016 namely a number of 18 companies. The sample of this research use purposive sampling where company which is taken as sample is company having complete financial report about stock price data, profitability ratio, solvency, and market reaction in period of 2013-2016 that is 10 company. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of profitability ratios, solvency, and market reaction simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on stock prices on food and beverage companies listed in IDX period 2013-2016. Profitability ratios do not partially affect the stock price, while solvency and market reaction partially significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange period 2013-2016.
