Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian berlatarbelakang atas pengaruh pada besar atau kecilnya upah dalam bentuk imbalan produktivitas pekerja, memiliki tujuan agar dapat mengetahui beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penetapan upah minimum kota. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah inflasi, IPM, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan TPAK mempengaruhi upah minimum kota pada Kota Banjarmasin. Menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis data primer yang berasal dari BPS Kota Banjarmasin, BPS Kalimantan Selatan dan beberapa sumber lain tentunya berkaitan dengan penelitian. Menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Terdapat hasil dalam penelitian diantaranya Inflasi, IPM, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan TPAK secara simultan terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Upah Minimum Kota pada Kota Banjarmasin selama periode tahun 2011-2020. Terdapat satu variabel independen yang memiliki peran dominan secara parsial dalam mempengaruhi UMK pada Kota Banjarmasin periode tahun 2011-2020 yaitu IPM. Kata Kunci: Upah Minimum Kota, Inflasi, IPM, PertumbuhaneEkonomi, TPAK ABSTRACT This research is based on the influence of the size wages as form of a honorarium on worker productivity, with the aim of knowing several factors that influence the determination of the city's minimum wage. Aims to find out whether inflation, IPM, economic growth and TPAK affect urban wages in Banjarmasin City. Using a quantitative approach method, the primary data types from BPS Banjarmasin City, BPS South Kalimantan and several other sources are certainly related to research. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. There are results in research including inflation, IPM, economic growth and TPAK that simultaneously have a significant effect on the City Minimum Wage in Banjarmasin City during the period 2011-2020. There is one independent variable that has a partially dominant role in influencing the UMK in Banjarmasin for the period 2011-2020, namely IPM.
