Abstract
Tri Dharma Lecturers are three obligations that exist in the college higher education which includes education and teaching, research and service to public. In order to support academic activities, a university it takes a Tri Dharma Lecturer information system that can provide information information in the form of lecturer data, research, publication of works, patents and lecturer education/teaching. The information is still scattered in various platforms such as lecturer data on university portals, research data, publications works and patents on the sinta portal. Then build a system Information Based on Semantic Web Filtering System (SWFilter) so that your needs it can be resolved. The method used in building this system are literature studies, system analysis and design, application development, testing application and preparation of thesis reports. Convert query in language form SPARQL can be performed using the Boyer-Moore algorithm, with data testing as many as 25 questions tested to produce all data can display information as expected by the researcher, then the percentage of success on this system is 92%.
