Abstract
The work plan that has been determined is used as a guideline for the implementation of the work at the implementation stage. Project management in the construction of a project is very important and is needed so that it can run smoothly in accordance with the specified cost and time. The creation of an organizational structure in a project is essential to recognizing the working relationship of some parties involved. The nature of the contract used in this project is the Unit Price Contract. Job evaluations are conducted once a week to detect any possible early mistakes. The results of the evaluation and experience can be used as a reference for implementation in the field to get good results. The work on the floor slabs at the Pesantren Suryalaya Surabaya project is divided into 4 jobs, namely formwork installation, freezing, casting and lastly maintenance. Elevation checks are carried out during formwork installation and casting work (to check the decrease in formwork elevation when the concrete has filled the formwork). Equipment to be used in a job must be in good condition and can be used to prevent field data errors or accidents that could result from damaged devices. The reinforcement used for the floor slab is D7 - 125 mm for the x (longitude) and y (transverse) directions.
