Abstract
In this increasingly advanced era, students are required to continue develop their knowledge and skills. The development not only through formal education but also through non-formal education formal. One of the places that can accommodate students' non-formal education namely the Student Center. Student Center is a place that facilitates non-academic student activities. Student Center in general is a facility provided by a university that can only be enjoyed by university students. The city of Surabaya has the highest number of universities in the province of Java East. However, not all of these universities have a Student Center that is adequate to accommodate non-academic activities of students. So needed a Student Center facility that can be used by all students in the city Surabaya. So that the Student Center design was made with the Eco Smart theme. Using a blend of ecological and futuristic approaches, Eco futuristic Surabaya Student Center is expected to be the center of activities non-academic students in the city of Surabaya which provides a variety of facilities needed by students where the building has a relationship reciprocity with the surrounding environment by promoting futuristic values which reflects the dynamic and innovative character of students.
