Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of innovation and corporate social responsibility on the company's financial performance as proxied by ROA, ROE, NPM, and EPS. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a total sample of 9 companies. The test method is carried out with partial least squares which is processed with SmartPLS for Windows Version 3.28. The results showed that Innovation had an effect on ROA and NPM, and Innovation had no effect on ROE and EPS. Corporate Social Responsibility has an effect on ROA, NPM, and EPS, and Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on ROE
