Abstract
Human Resources is the key that determines the development of the company. In order to achieve these goals, human resources also have an important role in increasing productivity, all of which are inseparable from the role of employees in improving performance. In this case there are some things that must be considered to improve Employee Performance, namely Work Stress and Supervisor Support. This study aims to determine and analyze 1). Effect of Job Stress on Employee Performance, 2). The moderating role of Supervisor Support on the effect of Work Stress on Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Darmo Raya Branch (Persero), Tbk with a total of 30 employees. The selected sample is 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses the Saturated Sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The independent variables in this study are Job Stress, Employee Performance dependent variables and moderating Support Supervisor variables. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with moderating variables. This research uses t test and f test to find out the first hypothesis test with the effect of Work Stress on Employee Performance and the second hypothesis with Supervisor Support which moderates the effect of Work Stress on Employee Performance. The results of the influence of Job Stress on Employee Performance explained that Job Stress negatively affected Employee Performance, meaning that the higher the Job Stress felt by employees, the Employee Performance tended to decrease and the results of the influence of Job Stress on Employee Performance moderated by Supervisor Support explained that the Support variable Supervisors have a role in strengthening or weakening the influence of Job Stress on Employee Performance.
