Abstract
Accounting Information System is one way to improve performance. Accounting Information System in an organization serves as a tool to achieve goals through the provision of information and financial information used by users in the process of making important decisions in an organization. The ability to manage information effectively within government is very important because it is the basis in achieving Good Governance. Based on these thoughts, this study aims to obtain the information about the influence of Accounting Information Systems that involve Personal Technical Skill, Training and Education Programs on Government Performance in the Regional Organization of Gresik Regency. This study utilizes primary data obtained from the results of distributed research questionnaires. The population used in this study were the Regional Apparatus Organizations of Gresik Regency, with 59 respondents from 29 Regional Apparatus Organizations of Gresik Regency. The technique used for data analysis is Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study showed that the Personal Technical Skill and the Training and Education Program affected the Government Performance, both simultaneously and partially. Good governance cannot moderate the influence of Personal Technical Capabilities, Training and Education Programs on Government Performance. The variable holding a dominant influence on Government Performance is the Personal Technical Skill variable.
