Abstract
PARTISIPASI PETANI, EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM, DAN KONTRIBUSI BUMDES DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI Farmers Participation, Program Effectiveness, And Contribution Of BUMDes In Economic Empowerment Widya Eka Puspita, Eko Nurhadi, Mubarokah Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur E-mail : widyaeka2899@gmail.com ABSTRACT Village-owned enterprises have functions as social and commercial institutions. BUMDes as a legal entity is formed based on the prevailing laws and regulations and has an obligation to empower the community to improve welfare and independence according to the potential of each village. The research objective was to determine the effect of farmer participation, program effectiveness and BUMDes contribution to the economic empowerment of farmers in Tanjungharjo Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency. This research used qualitative data with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results showed that farmer participation did not have a significant effect on empowerment, while the effectiveness of the program and the contribution of BUMDes had a significant effect on the economic empowerment of farmers in Tanjungharjo Village. Therefore, farmer participation must be increased in order to achieve farmer welfare and independence. Keyword: BUMDes, Empowerment ; Farmers Economy INTISARI Badan Usaha Milik Desa memiliki fungsi sebagai lembaga sosial dan komersial. BUMDes sebagai badan hukum dibentuk berdasarkan tata perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta memiliki kewajiban untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemandirian sesuai potensi yang dimiliki masing-masing desa. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi petani, efektivitas program dan kontribusi BUMDes terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi petani di Desa Tanjungharjo Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian menggunakan data kualitatif dengan alat analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan partisipasi petani tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan, sedangkan untuk efektivitas program dan kontribusi BUMDes berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi petani di Desa Tanjungharjo. Oleh karena itu, partisipasi petani harus ditingkatkan agar mampu mencapai kesejahteraan dan kemandirian petani. Kata Kunci: BUMDes; Pemberdayaan; Ekonomi Petani
