Abstract
SDN Masangan Wetan is a state educational institution. The development of increasingly advanced education in the academic field encourages SDN Masangan Wetan to increase students' academic potential to be more good. One way to increase students' academic potential is to implementing a new system that can increase students' academic potential such as processing and providing student data information and learning outcomes reports learners. At an educational institution, Masangan Wetan Elementary School in carrying out the process of processing student value data which is still processed conventionally and not yet integrated with the database, which is where every homeroom teacher receives student assessment files from each subject teacher, after that the homeroom teacher copy the values in the value set book/leger and copy them back in a book called a report card. Even though the data processing has organized, but this method is still not optimal, because apart from takes a long time, this method also has disadvantages such as still having difficulties and takes a long time to process value, difficult to search for the data needed, and also still vulnerable of various kinds of errors both technical errors (technical errors), as well as human error. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a system that programmed which can be done online. In the development of this application the author uses the stages in the form of data collection used namely observations, interviews, documentation and literature review. System designed using object-oriented development methods with tools system development, namely use cases, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams. The design of this system is expected to help and make it easier for users in processing data on student scores at SDN Masangan Wetan by online. The final result obtained is in the form of output displaying the value of output that has been inputted and the display of the information system regarding the announcement teaching and learning activities.
