Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the government's efforts to provide energy subsidies which include electricity subsidies and 3Kg LPG subsidies to meet the needs of the Indonesian people, which are expected to have an effective influence on poverty in East Java. The approach method used in this research uses a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research is the poverty level in the East Java province in 2017-2021. The research results interpret that electricity subsidies have a significant negative effect on poverty, LPG subsidies have an insignificant negative effect on poverty, Raskin subsidies have a significant negative effect on poverty. The Raskin subsidy is specifically designed to provide assistance to poor households. Keywords : Electricity Subsidies, LPG 3kg, Rice, Poverty
