Abstract
Some of the problems found in this study include the amount of costs, receipts, income and how financially viable the laying breed chicken business is in the CV. Bumi Pratama. This research aims to analyze large costs, receipts, income and analyze the financial viability of CV Bumi Pratama laying breed chicken breeding ventures. This study is a qualitative discriptive study and uses time series data. Data sources are used through interviews of chicken laying breed business owners and well-tested literature. The analysis methods used are revenue analysis, R/C Ratio analysis, NPV (Net Present Value) analysis, IRR (Internal Rate Of Return) analysis and PP (Payback Period) analysis. The results of the study (1) on the analysis of income from Bumi Pratama farm have a total cost incurred in Bumi Pratama in Wungu District of Madiun Regency for 5 years, which amounted to Rp 1,035,415,750. Total Receipts earned by farmers amounted to Rp 1,672,200,000 and Total Income earned by breeders amounted to Rp 829,275,750. (2) Feasibility analysis of financial aspects in laying hens business showed that Revenue/Cost ratio (R/C) value was 1.77 > 0, Net Present Value (NPV) Rp 121,292,238,10> 0, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 49%, and Payback Period (PP) is 2.87 or return time of investment for 2 years and 9 months, it can be concluded that Bumi Pratama of Wungu District of Madiun Regency for 5 years is feasible to implement.
